IT Quality Control Specialist

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and testing methodologies for software applications and IT services.
- Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
- Conduct functional, regression, performance, and usability testing to identify issues and ensure quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide feedback on quality improvements.
- Analyze test results, document defects, and track issues through resolution.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of automated testing scripts and frameworks.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and testing methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software quality assurance, testing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of testing tools and methodologies (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).
- Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
