We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control processes and testing methodologies for software applications and IT services.
  • Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
  • Conduct functional, regression, performance, and usability testing to identify issues and ensure quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide feedback on quality improvements.
  • Analyze test results, document defects, and track issues through resolution.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of automated testing scripts and frameworks.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and testing methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software quality assurance, testing, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of testing tools and methodologies (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).
  • Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
